Troux offers a suite of professional services, guided by the groundbreaking Troux Planning process, that includes planning and deployment, training, project management and best-practices consulting – all designed to help you accelerate time-to-value for Troux products. In each case, a set of optimized and repeatable methodologies will be used, affording maximum investment value. Customers may opt to initiate their deployment with Troux’s service offerings, select services when expanding their EA program, or involve Troux professional services with an integration partner. The goal is always the same – self-sufficiency. Service offerings are available for:

  • New installations for every type of new deployment, including Troux Transformation Platform™, Troux Applications™, Troux Standards™ and Troux eaGov™
  • Upgrades for current system modification
  • Custom development for modeling, metamodeling, tools use, use-case development, reports, workflows, policies, platform validation and specialized data collection
Services Engagement Levels.

Mentored Engagement

Most customers select Troux's Mentored Engagement to ensure the greatest long-term value in the shortest time. With the Mentored Engagement, customers assume the majority of the work to reach self-sufficiency as soon as possible. Mentored Engagements include:

  • Installation by Troux
  • Troux mentoring through first phase, minimally
  • Complete training, including solutions and methodology
  • Accountability for business value
  • Skills and resources for solution effort provided by customer

Troux-delivered Engagement

There are situations where clients do not have the staff or expertise to perform an implementation and therefore need the assistance to get the system running. Troux-delivered Engagements include:

  • Customer does not provide project skills or resources (but is responsible for system)
  • Troux performs all solutions work
  • Troux does not provide solutions or methodology training
  • Hosting option may be available

Partner-delivered Engagements

Customers may want to utilize a partner that they already utilize or require a multi-year offering to help implement and maintain their EA solution. A Partner-delivered Engagement includes:

  • Partner installation of system
  • Troux or partner customer training
  • Customer and partner determine resource assignment
