RHE’s is an SI that focuses on strategy and architecture in the belief that complex projects – can’t be effectively delivered if they are not well grounded in the environmental, business and technology realities. RHE's focus on strategy and architecture – has therefore always been oriented around business transformation and performance improvement (reducing risk, cost and time to change; and improving outcomes; etc.). RHE recognised that methods, people and tooling were key to undertaking strategy and architecture work and after an extensive evaluation selected Troux as the core tooling. RHE has applied Troux in many areas e.g. architecture (enterprises, solutions, integration, platforms, data, storage, etc.) governance (business rules, information, metadata, requirements, information, programmes), etc. RHE has also used Troux with many frameworks, methods and languages (e.g. Zachman, TOGAF, FEAF, iStar, ISO 11179, UML, BPMN, IDEF etc.) and integrated Troux with many systems (e.g. CMDB, CASE etc.).
