David Hood joins Troux as Chief Executive Officer with more than 25 years of technology experience garnered from a wide range of firms including Dell, AT&T and most recently, the NetSolve subsidiary of Cisco. Leading the company’s strategic direction, David is responsible for accelerating Troux’s market share through expansion of sales, technology innovation and business development growth to further advance Troux’s position as the pioneer in IT and business transformation. Prior to joining Troux, David served as CEO of NetSolve from 2002, acquired by Cisco in 2004, where he remained with the company as General Manager of the NetSolve division. In that role, he decisively established the company as the leading provider of infrastructure management services, driving up revenue and market share. Previously, David was CEO of BeVocal, a voice recognition startup in Mountain View, CA. Executive positions at Dell and AT&T round out David’s experience in developing and managing technology companies. David holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA in Finance from Xavier College. |

Paul is charged with overseeing the financial direction for Troux and is responsible for finance, accounting, facilities, and operations. He has held executive finance positions in both public and private companies for more than 20 years. Before joining Troux, Paul served as CFO at Motive. Prior to Motive, he held executive financial positions with Sterling Software, both in the United Kingdom and in the US, from 1997 until its sale to Computer Associates in 2000. Paul began his career in the United Kingdom and spent more than 10 years with Ernst & Young in London, specializing in multi-national companies and technology. Paul received his bachelor's degree in Finance with accounting from The University of East London, and is a Chartered Accountant. |
| Bill Cason Chief Technology Officer |
Bill focuses on the technology direction of Troux, providing business-focused oversight of R&D. Bill has more than 25 years of experience in the computer industry with broad operational experience including product development, business development, marketing, and professional services. Previously he was Vice President of Engineering at Tonic Software. He was one of the co-founders of InStreamTV and served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Bill was formerly Senior Vice President of Technology for Deja.com. Prior to Deja.com he held a number of executive positions with PSW Technologies where he was a senior member of the executive team that led the company to a successful IPO in 1997. Prior to that, Bill was a member of the executive team at Soft Switch, a leading enterprise software company that was acquired by Lotus Development Corporation. Bill began his career at Texas Instruments and was employed by the IBM Corporation as a Senior Engineer. Bill received a BSEE with Honors from the University of Texas and holds ten US patents. |
| Scott Edgington Senior Vice President Worldwide Sales & Business Development |
As Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Business Development, Scott leads Troux’s rapidly expanding sales organization. Scott was most recently at Tealeaf Technology where he was responsible for Worldwide Sales and Field Operations. During his tenure with Tealeaf, Scott significantly improved the go-to-market effectiveness, accelerating revenue growth significantly for the company year over year. Prior to Tealeaf, Scott headed worldwide sales and field operations at Voltage Security. He was responsible for all customer-facing operations including sales, channels, professional services and support. During his tenure with Voltage, Scott successfully moved Voltage from a small number of early customers to a customer count in excess of 200. Scott and his organization also successfully developed significant OEM relationships, while expanding the company’s reach into both Europe and Asia. Prior to Voltage Security, Scott was vice president and general manager, worldwide channels and alliances at BEA Systems. Scott was responsible for overseeing BEA’s partner strategy and execution on a global basis. In four years he significantly increased channel and alliance contribution and amassed a broad and loyal partner community among system integrators, resellers, and ISV’s. Prior to this role, Scott was responsible for sales operations where he worked on BEA’s global account strategy, messaging and sales execution. Scott began his career at BEA responsible for the enterprise sales organization in the western United States. Before joining BEA, Scott held various sales management positions at Object Design, Parametric Technology, Harris Corporation and the 3M Company. He began his career at Ortho Pharmaceuticals, a division of Johnson & Johnson. Scott also holds director and board member positions for Landmark PharmaSolutions and Molecular Biology Consultants respectively. Scott is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder School of Business. |

Will has been with Troux since 2002 and has held several executive positions including responsibilities for Federal sales, Commercial sales and services. In his current role, he is responsible for growing revenue and marketshare through the development and execution of strategic partnerships with a focus on systems integrators and outsourcers. Before joining Troux, Will served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Momentum Software. Prior to that, he was a co-founder and Sr. Vice President of Sales and Business Development for 360Commerce, a leading software company in the retail/e-commerce marketplace that was sold to Oracle. At 360Commerce, Will helped launch the company, secure initial funding, and was responsible for building the sales and business development organizations. Prior to 360Commerce, Will spent 10 years at IBM, where he held several sales executive roles. Will earned a bachelor's degree from Purdue University's School of Technology. |

Craig founded Troux Technologies' professional services team in 2002, and has been responsible for every customer engagement at Troux. Craig came to Troux from Austin Ventures Labs where he was a senior architect assisting AV-funded startups with product architectures. Prior to AV Labs, Craig was founder of Kazan Software, an Austin-based software services and product development firm. Craig held positions of CTO and CEO at Kazan. During his time at Kazan, Craig was responsible for the development of over 150 commercial software products. Craig has previously co-founded and held positions in a number of successful technology companies. Craig holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas, with post-graduate work in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Texas, Austin. |
| Emeka Obianwu Vice President of Corporate Development |
In his position as Vice President of Corporate Development, Emeka is responsible for identifying new revenue opportunities, including new business models and expanded channels. He also provides leadership for select new business opportunities that can be leveraged globally across the company. Prior to Troux, Emeka led Business Development at BuildForge, culminating in a 2006 acquisition by IBM. Following the acquisition, Emeka worked with the IBM Rational business development team to identify new growth markets and channels for the IBM Rational brand, evaluating markets, partnering and channel prospects. Emeka joined BuildForge from Motive, where he led business development and channel initiatives as senior manager of business development, which culminated in strategic relationships with market-leading technology vendors and global system integrators. Emeka began his technology career at pcOrder.com as a successful account executive, responsible for all stages of the enterprise solutions sales cycle. Prior to entering the technology industry, Emeka was a Management Consultant with Mercer Management, where he delivered strategic advice to Fortune 500 companies across numerous industries including oil and gas, consumer products and financial services. Emeka holds both a BS and MS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University. |
| Matt Price Vice President of Worldwide Marketing |
Matt brings more than 20 years of software industry experience to his role as Troux’s vice president of worldwide marketing. Throughout his career, he has specialized in introducing emerging technologies into new geographical and vertical markets. Before joining Troux as vice president of EMEA sales operations, Matt spent nearly four years at Wily Technology in a number of executive positions where he was instrumental in growing the company’s European business. He also founded Wily’s Telecom Business Unit that drove sales growth in that market sector by more than 200 percent in its first year. CA acquired Wily in 2005. Prior to Wily, Matt lead both corporate and product marketing at Art Technology Group in Europe for four years. Before joining ATG, Matt was founder and managing director of Multizone International, a consulting group focused on helping US companies succeed in Europe. Matt began his technology career at Borland International, where he held a number of product and marketing roles during his eight-year tenure. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the United Kingdom’s University of Reading. |

Jim drives product strategy, product marketing and development for Troux Technologies. With more than 20 years of software experience, Jim's expertise will be leveraged to extend Troux's leadership in the Enterprise Architecture market. Jim joined Troux from Serena Software, where he served as vice president of research and development, managing the engineering for products representing more than $125M in annual revenue. Prior to its acquisition by Serena, Jim drove the product marketing efforts for Merant. Jim has held executive engineering and marketing positions at a number of market-leading companies, including Tivre (an Enterprise Application Autonomics startup), Remedy Corporation and Informix Software. Jim earned a BS in Management Information Systems from California State University. |
